JP Jol International is well aware of governmental regulations and procedures, and can assist the client drafting and reviewing the required documents. JP Jol International also arranges for pre-qualification exercises to ensure contractors selected are able to fulfill the project requirements both technically and financially. When tender documents have been released, JP Jol International will assist the client in answering all specific technical questions that will arise from the Bidders.

After Bid Submission, JP Jol International will prepare technical and commercial evaluation reports including recommendations for the client's consideration and
decision making.
